Positive dynamics are one of the most important elements of building a culture of trust, mutual respect, and inclusion, leading to authentic and highly effective teams. This two-day workshop explores different ways to help you think about yourself, increase emotional intelligence towards understanding others, and most importantly, deal with difficult situations.

About Marvan

 

Marvan Shamma is a respected tech leader who has combined his expertise in artificial intelligence, experience in building his own startups and his outstanding human resource management skills for the past 15 years. His mission is to “grow through helping others”, which has helped him build a reputation as a recognized mentor and coach.

 

What will you learn?

Authentic individuals build authentic teams. During these two days, you will understand that radical sincerity, structured feedback, and controlled conflict are the bases, that can help you build highly effective teams. You will learn methods of self-knowledge and self-reflection in building empathy.

Nowadays, rapidly changing working environments and rapidly developing startups can be started from the floor - from a culture of mutual trust, diversity, and inclusion. Positive team dynamics is the result of shared values and collective beliefs that have a positive value, positive influences and behavior leading to greater efficiency. We will spend two days working together in the spirit of “Learning to do”, at the end of the journey you have tools ready for immediate use in your work environment.
