Our largest meeting room was named after Otakar Novotný, the architect behind the Štenc House, which today serves as the home of Opero. The room offers direct views of St. Salvator Church and, thanks to its separation from the main coworking area, provides complete privacy and a calm atmosphere for focused work or professional events. It also includes a private kitchenette and restroom facilities.

In a boardroom setup, Otakar accommodates up to 18 people, up to 30 guests in a theatre-style arrangement, and 16 participants in a cabaret setup.

The room is equipped with state-of-the-art presentation technology, including an interactive Meeting Board that enables seamless hybrid meetings, presentations, video calls, and digital whiteboard collaboration.

For clients planning three or more bookings of this meeting room within one year (such as a workshop or lecture series), we offer individual discounted pricing.

If you are planning a press conference or another smaller event, we recommend using our production support service, an optional premium service ensuring a smooth and professional event experience (+10% added to the total invoiced amount).
